Our client provides equipment and products to non-consumer businesses across Canada. They were looking to build / transform its relationship with its customers by using digital technology. They wanted a preliminary roadmap with high-level costs and benefits.
Prodigy provided experienced analysts to prepare a roadmap, application mock-up and estimates of costs and benefits. To complete this project, Prodigy assessed the environment, identified and evaluated requirements, features and alternatives, developed a system strategy, mock-up, road map and implementation plan.
The project was completed on time and budget. However, business slow downs as a result of COVID 19 reduced benefits to the point where the project was no longer feasible and as a result it was delayed.
Prior to the launch of a new model of iPad, the client wanted to upgrade the ability to allow the users to select and adjust their plan features and network settings from an iPad application to allow more intuitive use and greater customer satisfaction. A key issue was completing this work within a tight deadline as the client wanted the software available prior to the model launch date.
We provided an experienced senior IOS developer who led one of the sub-teams on the engagement providing direction to the team and also carrying out some of the trickiest coding personally and overseeing the integration of the team elements into the overall application.
The project was completed on time to assist in supporting the new model launch. Client satisfaction with the application was high.
The client was working to update and extend their television and media offering on mobile platforms. As part of this initiative they were migrating all of their existing special channel content for delivery on mobile platforms. They required assistance in conducting quality assurance of the replatformed content.
Prodigy provided an experienced quality assurance analyst with mobile media experience to develop and conduct the quality assurance plan. This senior resource was supplemented by additional junior QA resources as required in conducting the plan.
Each of the intermediate milestones (project was organized by channel) for quality assurance was met on time and budget.
