Solution Design & Development

Prodigy works with you to define the business, functionality and user experience requirements. Our architects then design a usable, maintainable and extendable solution. We will document business architecture and context, experience design, process flows and constraints and design a solution that will work within these.

Requirements & Business Analysis

Prodigy analysts work with your users through JAD sessions to build consensus on the appropriate requirements user experience and process. Requirements are then documented in a fashion (experience map, process flows, screen flows, user stories and cases) that allows easy communication with the development team and full traceability from identification to deployment.

Development

Prodigy builds the required applications within simple but robust architectural frameworks using key elements of the .Net, Java Spring & Hibernate, Angular, mobile frameworks and using architectural patterns such as service-oriented architectures and reusable components. We leverage “best in class” third party modules and control sets to reduce cost and time.

Quality Assurance

Prodigy works with the development team and users to define a comprehensive but focused test strategy and plan and to develop appropriate test cases and outcomes. Prodigy can either be members of a joint client–consultant team or independent testers.
